An emergency food bank set up in conjunction with Manchester City Council and the Sikh Foundation in 2020. This initiative was set up due to the increasing demand in a requirement of food within the City by those that need it the most. Partnership aggrements were made with local companies and Fareshare, a charitable food distributor. A building was aquired, m83 prepared a planning application to convert the property into a cooking and packaging facility. Building working was carried out with m83 project managing the build. The building is fully operation with Rakesh assiting the charity by carrying out deliveries.
