m83 were reffered through a previously client that they worked with. The brief was a single storey kitchen extension to increase and improve the existing ground floor. Rakesh carried out an initial feasibility sketch scheme that the client agreed to. Work was carried out by exercising Permitted Development rights. Building Regulations were submitted and work has began with a local team. The quality is exceptional and progressing well on site.
