This centre was created as part of a University project in 2014. Holbeck an area that suffers with great levels of depravation compared to other areas in Leeds. The wider Masterplan looks at reconnecting the area to the city, by improving the public realm and introducing safe sustainable travel. A health centre links to a newly created Elland Road Stadium and aims at improving health and well-being.
