Late in 2020 planning permission was granted to convert an existing council office building into a Denist surgery. The client approached us, plans were discussed and drawn up to convert a dilapidated barn building into a series of apartments in a highly sustainble location. The scheme was part of a wider Masterplan by the client and the local authority to improve the area. Application was approved and work is due to start in 2023.
