This client approached us after been let down by a previous a designer. We carried out a site viist to fully establish the existing and to to discuss the client aspirations. A much larger dining area was needed as a family member had a disability. A strategy and scheme was developed with an application submitted and approved. Building Regulations and Construction drawings were prepared for pricing purposes with the work due to the start in 2023.
