Due to medical reasons this property had to be adapted to meet the needs of the family. A feasibility study was carried out to identify ways of how the property could meet the brief. A single storey rear extension allowed the family to increase the size of their small kitchen. A loft conversion allowed an additional bedroom with a bathroom. Planning permission was granted in 2022. Works due to start once building regulations have been approved.
