Keith and Janet got in touch through a web enquiry. They purchased this property in Westhoughton initially to down size and relocate from London to be closer to their children. The initial brief was to redesign the kitchen and dining space; however we advised for better quality of life an extension would be better suited creating a larger dininig area. Plans were drawn and approved. Work has commenced with a local experienced contractor. We're also project managing the build organising trades.  Work is due to complete later this year.
