m83 were approached by the world famous brand to initial carry out a feasibility study of a building in Harrogate.  The project was delivered in Building Information Modelling and used to demonstrate the upgrade to the front and area of the building.  We worked closely with the Ilkley Civic Society to ensure good design was achieved. Working drawings were produced along with heritage statements. Works were completed in 2022 and was awarded a Civic Award.
