Seaside and Architecture

The company has managed to increase with projects in its portfolio . Through a steady and diverse stream of work we have managed to expand our workloads across the country. In the past year m83 has secured work in Brighton, St Albans, Nottingham and Oxford. We're delighted to win work especially in these areas of the country. Securing work especially in areas unfamiliar is something to be proud out; this goes to show that the work we produce is getting noticed and being appreciated. A lot of the locations we're working in are extremely interesting. Who would have thought working on a project as far down South as Brighton ? We've been commissioned to convert an existing building in a series of flats; adjacent to the famous Royal Brighton Pavilion. The Royal Pavilion is a Grade I listed building former royal residence built as a seaside retreat for George, Prince of Wales. Designed by the Architect John Nash & Augustis Charles Pugin 1787 - 1823. No.3 Palace Place had been left empty for many years. A full Architectural survey was carried out, subsequently a planning application and tender drawings.
